Terms

Terms of Service.

Effective 2026-05-25.

These terms govern your use of Gaux. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. We've written them as plainly as we can; if anything is unclear, get in touch.

Acceptance

By creating an account, subscribing, or using any part of Gaux, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You must be at least 18 to use Gaux. If you're using the service on behalf of an employer or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person. If you suspect unauthorized access, tell us so we can help.

Subscription + Billing

Gaux is provided through a learning experience operated by LearnHouse, with billing handled by Stripe. New accounts start with a 30-day free trial; we'll begin billing at the end of the trial unless you cancel.

If a payment fails, we'll attempt to recover it during a 3-day past-due grace period; if we can't, your access may be suspended until billing is current. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we don't pro-rate partial periods.

Acceptable Use

Don't use Gaux to do anything illegal, infringe anyone's rights, scrape or resell content, run automated abuse against our systems, or harass other members or practitioners. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Content + Intellectual Property

Gaux content — classes, courses, guides, recordings, the platform itself — is owned by Gaux or its licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or use it to train AI models without our written permission.

Anything you post (questions, comments, profile content) you keep ownership of; you grant us a license to host and display it as needed to run the service.

Medical Disclaimer

Gaux is not medical advice. The classes, courses, and practitioner conversations on Gaux are educational and supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment from your own clinician.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your specific situation — especially regarding fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, mental health, infant feeding, and child development. In an emergency, call your local emergency services.

Practitioner Marketplace Terms

Gaux operates a vetted network of independent practitioners. Practitioners are independent professionals — not employees of Gaux — and are solely responsible for the care, advice, and services they provide. Gaux is responsible for the platform and the vetting process; the professional relationship itself is between you and the practitioner.

Termination

You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. We'll give you reasonable notice and a refund of unused prepaid time when we can.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Illinois, USA. Most disputes can be resolved by writing us; if not, you and Gaux agree to resolve disputes in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois — except where applicable law gives you the right to a different forum.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll give you notice — typically by email or an in-product banner — before it takes effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
