About Meagan.
I have loved children for as long as I can remember and knew early on that my career would center around working with kids. During high school, I worked at a summer camp for children with disabilities, where I was first introduced to the world of pediatric physical therapy—a moment that shaped my professional path. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University and have been practicing pediatric physical therapy since 2004. Over the years, I have completed extensive continuing education across a wide range of topics to continually grow and better serve the children and families I work with. In 2020, I became a children’s yoga teacher through Kidding Around Yoga and a Certified Infant Massage Coach. Prior to starting my pediatric therapy practice, most of my career had been spent in early intervention and outpatient pediatric settings. I genuinely enjoy partnering with families, empowering them with knowledge, and helping them make informed decisions to support their child’s development. Alongside my professional journey, becoming a mother has always been a dream of mine. In 2018, my husband Evan and I welcomed our son, Duke. After starting our family in Charleston, South Carolina, we now live in Ipswich, Massachusetts to be closer to family. We love living by the ocean and spend as much time at the beach as possible.
