Lauren Ratliff is a licensed clinical social worker and the founder of Matrescence Therapy, a virtual practice dedicated to supporting women, parents, and couples across the reproductive and parenting lifespan. Her clinical focus includes fertility challenges, pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, parenting stress, relationship dynamics, and perimenopause. As a mother of three young children, Lauren understands firsthand the emotional and logistical complexities of modern parenthood. Prior to founding Matrescence Therapy, she worked as a clinical social worker at Northwestern Memorial Hospital’s Prentice Women’s Hospital, where she collaborated closely with medical teams supporting patients through high-risk and emotionally complex reproductive experiences. Lauren brings a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to care and is passionate about expanding access to high-quality mental health support for women and families.
