Dr. Kate Uttech is the owner and founder of New Journey Physical Therapy, where she specializes in pelvic floor and perinatal physical therapy. She is passionate about supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and all stages of pelvic health with compassionate, evidence-based care. Dr. Uttech works closely with patients experiencing concerns such as pelvic pain, incontinence, core and pelvic floor dysfunction, and pregnancy - or birth - related changes. She believes pelvic health is an essential part of overall wellness and is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and empowering space where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and confident in their care. At New Journey Physical Therapy, her mission is to walk alongside patients during some of life’s most important transitions—guiding them with expertise, empathy, and care every step of the way.
